According to a recent online survey conducted by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), nearly 96 percent of Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhTs) with PTCB's Supply Chain and Inventory Management Certificate reported experiencing drug shortages in their pharmacies.
