CINCINNATI – The Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber has announced the participants of Class 18 of WE Lead, its premier leadership development program. Sixty women will take part in this initiative under the Women Excel (WE) platform.
Sponsored by PNC Bank and TiER1 Performance, WE Lead is a comprehensive 10-month program that emphasizes personal growth and development. Participants are encouraged to explore various aspects of growth, engage with peers, set strategic goals, and work towards their aspirations. Diversity is an integral part of the program's design, encompassing programming, facilitators, experiences, and participant cohorts.
"WE Lead is all about progress and growth, regardless of where you come from or where you stand," stated Devona Stripling, Director of Women Excel & Diverse by Design at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber. "Whether it is professional or personal, these incredible female leaders take their experiences in the program and lean on the connections they make with each other to advance and make positive changes in their organizations and communities."
The current cohort includes leaders from various industries and backgrounds across 59 organizations. Since its inception 17 years ago, over 800 women have completed the WE Lead program.
The Cincinnati Regional Chamber continues to be a pivotal organization for business growth and civic engagement within the region. It aims to enhance economic prosperity through a strong business community while fostering inclusivity.
