The Cincinnati Regional Chamber has announced the honorees for its Annual Leadership Center Celebration. The event, set to take place on September 10th at Memorial Hall, recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the region through leadership and civic engagement.
This year's Nelson Schwab, Jr. Distinguished Alumni Award will be given to Carl Satterwhite, President & Owner of RCF Group, and Rick Greiwe, Principal of Greiwe Development. Both leaders are acknowledged for their dedication to strengthening Greater Cincinnati through visionary leadership and community impact.
The Civic Quotient Award will honor Emily Cashell, Attorney at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, and Angelica M. Hardee, Vice President of Community Impact at the American Heart Association. This award highlights emerging leaders who demonstrate civic awareness and community engagement.
“The Leadership Center Celebration is one of our most meaningful moments of the year,” stated Brendon Cull, President & CEO of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber. “It allows us to recognize leaders—seasoned and emerging—who are putting values into action.”
Rick Greiwe is recognized for his extensive work in developing vibrant neighborhood centers and shaping the cultural fabric of Cincinnati over four decades. His initiatives include leading efforts like Bicentennial Commons at Sawyer Point and Tall Stacks festival.
Carl Satterwhite is noted for growing RCF Group into a major minority-owned business in the region while supporting other businesses through mentorship programs like Touchdown for HOPE fundraiser.
Emily Cashell's work focuses on business immigration law which supports bringing global talent to Cincinnati. She also contributes as a board member with Immigrant & Refugee Law Center advocating for immigrant youth.
Dr. Angelica Hardee leads community health initiatives with American Heart Association addressing issues such as hypertension and healthy food access while serving on multiple local boards advocating healthcare access across populations in Cincinnati region.
