The 2025 Allstate America’s Best Drivers Report has been released, highlighting the safest and riskiest driving cities in the United States. According to the report, Texas emerges as a leader in safe driving, with four of its cities ranking among the top 20. Brownsville, Texas, has reclaimed its position as the safest driving city in America.

Conversely, Boston remains the most collision-prone city in the nation. The report indicates that drivers in Boston are nearly 3.5 times more likely to be involved in a collision compared to the national average.

This year's report revisits collision data from a decade ago to identify changes in driving safety across the country. Sandee Lindorfer, vice president of auto claims at Allstate, emphasized simple measures for improving road safety: “No matter where you drive, the best way to protect yourself and others is simple: buckle up, stay focused and slow down.” She added that these actions are effective ways to prevent crashes without incurring any costs beyond attention.

The report provides insights into regional differences in driving risks. It also offers tips on how to stay safe and save money while traveling this summer. For more information on safety tips and a complete list of city rankings, visit Allstate.com/Best-Drivers.
