Sixty-one leaders from various organizations in the Cincinnati region have been selected for Class 20 of Cincy Lead, a leadership development program produced by the Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber and presented by Fifth Third. This 10-month program, known as C-Change, is tailored for mid-career professionals in the region, combining leadership training with community engagement opportunities.
Andrea Mersmann, Director at the Leadership Center, stated: “C-Change is a dynamic program unique to our region. Through it, participants not only build their leadership skills, but they have an opportunity to learn how to influence our community in a positive way that drives vibrancy and growth for everyone.”
Participants in C-Change Class 20 include professionals such as Abby Grimm from Cintrifuse and AJ Terpak from the Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired. Other members are Alex Mattingly of Bricker Graydon and Alexander Beck of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL among others.
