Fifty-three emerging leaders from various organizations in the Cincinnati region have been selected for Class 12 of Cincy Next. This leadership development program, lasting eight months, is produced by the Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber and presented by Fifth Third Bank.

Cincy Next targets professionals with less than eight years of experience, aiming to enhance their leadership skills, expand their networks, and deepen their understanding of self, business, and community. Participants are chosen based on their leadership potential and interest in skill development while seeking connections with other young talents across the region. The program includes workshops, tours, activities, and a group project.

Kendra Perkins, Program Coordinator at the Leadership Center, stated: “In bringing together talented young professionals from across the Cincinnati region, Cincy Next fosters growth, collaboration, and the development of the next generation of leaders who will shape our community’s future.” She added that these leaders would gain skills to positively influence their organizations and advance their careers.
