Apple Sports has expanded its offerings to include tennis, just as the Wimbledon tournament gets underway. The free app for iPhone users, known for providing real-time sports scores and statistics, now allows tennis enthusiasts to follow live scores for Grand Slam and 1000-level tournaments. Users can track every point in men's and women's singles matches starting with Wimbledon.

Fans can receive updates on player progress throughout the tournament with live scores delivered quickly. The app provides results from all matches, from the first round to the finals, enabling fans to stay informed as the season progresses.

Apple Sports features Live Activities that offer real-time updates directly to an iPhone Lock Screen and Apple Watch. Additionally, Game Card Sharing enables fans to share match details across supported leagues.

The app also introduced a new home experience today, designed for easier personalization of favorite teams and leagues. Events are organized by league with intuitive controls allowing users to prioritize their preferred leagues. Favorite teams are displayed at the top for quick access to relevant scores and updates.
