Morgan Stanley has announced the election of Lynn Good to its Board of Directors, with her term set to begin on July 18, 2025. Good, who is 66 years old, previously held the roles of Chair, CEO, and President at Duke Energy. Her addition will increase the number of members on Morgan Stanley's Board to 15. She is also set to join the Board’s Audit Committee.

Lynn J. Good served in various leadership roles at Duke Energy Corporation from January 2016 until April 2025. Before becoming CEO at Duke Energy in July 2013 through December 2015 as Vice Chair CEO & President she had been Executive Vice President & CFO between July 2009 - June '13 prior being appointed CFO post-Cinergy Corporation merger where she was EVP & CFO back during '06 alongside VP Controller/Chief Compliance Officer position held between '03-'05
