AlpInvest Partners has successfully raised $4.1 billion for its AlpInvest Co-Investment Fund IX (ACF IX), surpassing the size of its predecessor fund, which closed at $3.5 billion in 2021. The fund, along with related strategic mandates, reached its initial fundraising target.
ACF IX is designed to invest alongside high-quality general partners in private equity buyouts and growth capital transactions across various industry sectors globally. The fund attracted commitments from over 185 new and existing investors, including public pension funds, corporate pension funds, financial institutions, asset managers, foundations, and family offices from regions such as North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
