Sixty future leaders from Cincinnati have been selected for the C-Change Class 20, part of a 10-month leadership development program by the Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber. Sponsored by Fifth Third, the initiative targets mid-career professionals in the region, enhancing their leadership skills and community engagement.
Andrea Mersmann, Director at the Leadership Center, stated, “C-Change is a dynamic program unique to our region. Through it, participants not only build their leadership skills, but they have an opportunity to learn how to influence our community in a positive way that drives vibrancy and growth for everyone.”
Participants in this program will engage in community projects that help them connect more deeply with the region and create a positive impact. Among the new class members are Abby Grimm from Cintrifuse, AJ Terpak from the Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired, and Alex Mattingly of Bricker Graydon.
