Enclave, a leader in suburban coworking solutions across the Chicago area, is set to open a new location in Wheaton, Illinois, on December 2, 2024.
Located in the space previously operated by Teamup Coworking, the new Wheaton site promises a community-focused environment for small business owners, remote workers, and entrepreneurs.
Enclave’s Wheaton location will feature a range of private offices starting at just $550 per month, along with flexible coworking memberships beginning at $125—about half the price of similar offerings from competitors. The space has been designed with a focus on exclusivity and convenience, making it ideal for professionals who need a dedicated workspace but want to avoid the overhead of traditional office rentals.
Members will have access to all the amenities of a modern coworking space, including high-speed internet, professional-grade printing services, call rooms, and conference room reservations.
Enclave will host a grand opening event on December 9, 2024, offering local professionals a chance to explore the new Wheaton space firsthand. The event will feature a free coworking day with complimentary refreshments, exclusive promotional deals, and guided tours of the workspace. Visitors can also take advantage of a limited-time offer: sign up in 2024 and receive one month free.
"Our expansion into Wheaton reflects Enclave’s commitment to providing a sophisticated yet affordable alternative to city-based coworking," said Enclave’s CEO, Robert Kellman. "This new location underscores our mission to deliver flexible, high-quality workspaces that support both professional growth and personal productivity, all within 5 minutes of home."
Enclave packages start at $150 a month. Residents can register for their space at the new office online.
