Amazon has already created over 22,000 jobs in Kentucky and invested $43 billion in the state since 2010, contributing significantly to both urban and rural communities. Locations in Campbellsville, Hebron, Lexington, Shepherdsville, and Louisville are all hiring as part of this initiative. Furthermore, the company recently raised wages for hourly associates by $1.50 per hour, bringing the average base pay to more than $22 per hour.
