Caitlin Tully, spokesperson for Amazon, said the organization is excited about the recent two grand re-openings of Amazon Fresh grocery locations in the Naperville area.

“We look forward to bringing a best-in-class grocery experience to the Naperville community,” Tully said. “As Amazon continues its journey to become the most loved grocer, these re-openings reflect our commitment to providing a best-in-class grocery shopping experience—whether customers shop in-store or online.”

The events featured a number of activities, giveaways and food samplings at each store location.

The Naperville Route 59 grand re-opening celebration, located at 3116 S Route 59, Ste 104, was held on September 12. The first customer in line on Thursday received a $100 Amazon gift card. The next 99 customers in line received either a $5, $10, or $15 Amazon gift card.

Attendees at the grand opening celebration also took home an exclusive Naperville tote bag (in limited quantity) and sampled a variety of products from the store. The festivities ran from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and included fun activities for kids, such as face painting, games, and more.

The Naperville Ogden grand re-opening, located at 1351 E Ogden Ave, was held on September 14.

Customers enjoyed tasty fall favorite seasonal samples, ranging from cozy fall dishes to game-day chili. There were giveaways for football fans and free cookie decorating for the kids. There were several special deals on groceries, perfect for the fall season and back-to-school time.

These Naperville Amazon Fresh stores feature the company's latest brick-and-mortar design unveiled last year in the greater Chicago and Southern California areas. Customers can expect to find a wide selection of national brands, high-quality produce and protein, as well as Amazon’s private-label brands like Aplenty, Amazon Fresh, 365 by Whole Foods Market, and Amazon’s newest private-label brand, Amazon Saver—all at great low prices.
