Morgan Stanley announced the 2024 global cohort of the Inclusive Ventures Lab, comprising 25 companies selected from the Americas and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The five-month accelerator program aims to support technology and technology-enabled startups in their seed to Series A funding stages.

Chosen from thousands of applications, the selected startups represent a range of industries including Climate Tech, Retail, Healthcare, FinTech, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Consumer and Travel. Many of these companies incorporate AI and sustainability into their products and services. Each startup will receive a $250,000 investment (£250,000 in EMEA) from Morgan Stanley along with mentorship opportunities, a tailored entrepreneurship curriculum, and business-growth resources.

The companies selected for the 2024 cohort include:

- Agri-Trak: Digitizes small farm operations with a smart platform for real-time labor, crop yield and cost tracking (US).

- Beta Financial: Provides comprehensive small business credit scoring solutions through AI-driven technology (US).

- Blip Energy: Builds distributed energy resources to mitigate peak demand surges (US).

- Compare Ethics: AI-powered sustainability compliance platform for retail brands (UK).

- Darent: Vacation rental marketplace focused on local experiences in Saudi Arabia.

- For The Creators: Omni-channel circular fashion marketplace for women (UK).

- GroceryList: Connects immigrants with local merchants across Latin America and the Caribbean (US).

- HANX: Platform offering women’s reproductive health products and treatments (UK).

- Hire Ground: B2B software platform for managing third-party vendors (US).

- Infinite Giving: Fintech platform for nonprofits to raise money and manage cash reserves (US).

- Juniver: Health company using AI for personalized eating disorder recovery interventions (UK).

- KSI Vision: Uses AI on security cameras to generate customer data in stores (Uruguay).

- Mavity: AI-powered operating system connecting companies with creatives (US).

- MyARC: Platform enabling fitness content creators to train fans at scale (UK).

- NÜWIEL: Provides electric mobility solutions for urban areas (Germany).

- OVUM: One-stop shop for fertility wellness resources and services (UK).

- Research Grid: Automation engine for clinical trials administration (UK).

- Revere: Reinvents management of alternative asset portfolios through AI tools (US).

- Route: Business management tools for commercial cleaning companies (US).

- Sanarai: Connects Latino community with mental health professionals offering Spanish-language support at accessible prices (US).

- Soralink: Uses AI and sensors to prevent critical machine failures in manufacturing (Canada).

- Sortile: System enabling textile identification, traceability, and recycling in the industry (US).

- SWYE360 Learning: Data analytics company using machine learning in education to measure software efficacy (US).

- Tendo Technologies: Connects aspiring online retail entrepreneurs in Africa with suppliers (Ghana).

- Zest Equity digitizes private market transactions ensuring greater transparency among entrepreneurs funds investors transact UAE

The program will culminate in February 2025 with a global Demo Day where participating companies will present to potential investors.

The Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab was launched in 2017 as an intensive accelerator program aimed at addressing funding inequities among startup founders. To date, 117 companies have participated in the Lab.
