Pathfinder Services recruiting manager Amber Funk has announced the appointment of Isiah Fettinger as the new HR recruiter for the organization.
Isiah has been with Pathfinder since February and has taken on redefining recruitment at Pathfinder. No easy task, but Isiah has matched well with the team and wasted no time getting to work.
“I am ecstatic to have Isiah join our team as the recruiter. Since starting in February, Isiah has hit the ground running with our new approach to recruiting,” says, Funk.
“He is dedicated to bringing in high-quality candidates that align with Pathfinder’s Mission and Core Values. I am thrilled to watch him grow in this role and use his knowledge to continually expand our recruitment efforts!”
Fettinger is a Huntington native and recent graduate from Purdue Fort Wayne. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Human Resources.
“I recently graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne. I am from Huntington and even went to Kids Kampus when I was younger. I love basketball, golf and tennis. I also enjoy videography and all things film related,” Fettinger said.
“I am very excited about the opportunity to work at Pathfinder and help this company grow. We have a great team that welcomed me in, and many good things are coming.”
