The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect or graduate architect who is able to create clear construction documents using Revit. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

 

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to learn their objectives, budget, and specific design requirements for their project

- Developing cost effective designs with experienced staff review and input.

- Work with engineers, urban planners, landscape architects, construction representatives and interior designers

- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project

- Follow building codes, fire regulations, zoning laws, accessibility laws and city ordinances

- Conduct site observations to ensure adherence to the construction documents

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture

- 3-8 years of experience in architecture preferred

- Oral and written communication skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Proficient in Revit
