LFI Real Estate, a family-owned and -operated company of Illinois, and a partner, MMC360, a cleaning services company with specialty in healthcare real estate and professional management, have been named a 2023 Top 10 Healthcare Property Management Services Provider by the Healthcare Business Review.
"To me, it's [about] the customer service that's delivered and I think that's where we excel," said Rick Leese, CEO of MMC360.
LFI acquires and develops commercial real estate for more than 100 properties in the country, including medical office buildings. Both LFI and MMC360 heavily focus on relationships with their clients and delivering high-quality services, which is a key component of their partnership.
"What we essentially offer is a high-level expert review and attentive response to a real estate management issue that is often not seen as being particularly significant," Dan Rose, principal and director of retail development at LFI, told Healthcare Business Review.
Leese brings more than 30 years of experience in business management to the company and primarily focuses on customer service and responsiveness. Throughout his business experience, Leese has learned that communication, corrective action and responsiveness are most important to customers. MMC360 implements these ideals into their work, in addition to other effective strategies, such as having a single point of contact for multiple locations.
"We are business people who understand cleaning and not cleaners that try to provide management, which brings a huge difference in the customer experience," Leese told Healthcare Business Review.
LFI and MMC360 have found various strategies for their success in their collaboration, including examining sites before offering solutions for the client, streamlining cleaning contracts and orientations for new cleaning crews. LFI will continue to work toward solutions for healthcare property management as they go forward.
