BlueOptima, software development analytics provider, has announced its intent to expand with the placement of its soon to be U.S. main office in Phoenix.
The company is based out of London and has headquarters in New York and throughout the world. It plans on starting with eight employees and will grow to 20 with hopes of doubling its employee workforce year to year. Its latest project is the first technical assessment platform which will provide accurate assessments of potential hire’s performance in the workplace.
The company’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small-start-ups. It has begun filling its workforce to fill its office in the Phoenix Warehouse District.
“BlueOptima conducts business all over the world, and chose Arizona for its American headquarters -- a testament to our state’s global reputation as a premier destination for tech innovators,” Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey said, the press release reported. “We thank the company for their investment in Arizona, and look forward to their contributions to the state’s growing high-tech industry.”
