Live music, lunch, drinks and more are in store for Chandler-area residents at West USA Realty’s grand opening through 6 p.m. today at its new location, 1850 E. Northrop Blvd. #170 in Chandler.

Locals can stop by the company's new facility to enjoy breakfast or lunch, a happy hour, open bar and entertainment while familiarizing themselves with West USA’s new offices, conference space and training areas.

West USA Realty president Clint Fouts said that the new location will further aid area agents. 

“We look forward to providing this service to the Southeast Valley and the Real Estate industry," he said in a news release.

The company, which saw a 38 percent increase in sales over the past year, focuses on maintaining an “agent-centric” atmosphere conducive to team support with technology, brokers and ongoing training, according to the release. West USA Realty provides agents with online capabilities, including a contact management system nad transaction processes, as well as coaching support.

"With the addition of this new location, we now have over 14 offices throughout Arizona, including Lake Havasu, Payson, the White Mountains, and franchises in Prescott and Flagstaff," chief operating officer Todd Menard said. “We anticipate that this office will serve over 500 agents in the Southeast Valley, expanding our 10.4 percent market share.”
