Arizona Public Service (APS) now offers a free mobile app that allows its customers to convenient access to account management and more.
The new app also allows customers to report an outage, view an outage map, sign up for outage alerts, monitor energy use and pay bills.
“We know technology is a big part of our customers’ lives, and our new mobile app provides a wealth of information in the palms of their hands,” Stacy Derstine, APS vice president of customer service and chief customer officer, said. “The app is part of a broader tool box of mobile resources now available to APS customers to help them stay in the know and connected to APS at their convenience.”
In the “My Usage” section of the app, customers can view up-to-date insights about household energy usage and demand to help customers save money on their bills and strategize energy savings.
“Our customers understand that the more information they have the more efficient they can be," Derstine said. "This new app allows customers to stay informed not only about APS but about their own energy profile Ultimately, it can help them save money.”
The app features easy access to an interactive outage map, which APS launched earlier this year. This also helps them know when power may be restored.
To download the new, free APS app on your phone, visit the App Store or Google Play and search with the keywords: “Arizona Public Service.”
