The Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) approved new rates for UNS Electric, a subsidiary of UniSource Energy Services, which will result in small rate increases for customers. The average residential customer's bill will increase $4.20 per month, effective Sept. 1.

Two members of the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC), Commissioners Andy Tobin and Bob Stump, will participate in a workshop Aug. 4 about reducing the costs associated with electrical system peak demand.

Pinnacle West Capital Corporation recently announced a quarterly dividend of $0.625 per share of common stock, payable Sept. 1 this year, to shareholders of record on Aug. 1.
