Drivers across the nation are experiencing a steady trend in gas prices during the summer months. The national average for a gallon of regular gasoline has returned to $3.16, following a slight decrease over the past week. This stability in gas prices is attributed to crude oil prices, which have been averaging around $65 per barrel. In 2025, there have been no significant fluctuations in pump prices compared to previous years.

In addition to gasoline prices, the cost of electricity at public EV charging stations has also remained unchanged. The national average per kilowatt hour is currently 36 cents.
