On February 27th, the Cincinnati Regional Chamber held its Annual Dinner where it recognized eight individuals as part of its We Are Making Black History campaign. This event, now in its seventh year, aims to highlight Black leaders in the region who are making significant contributions across various sectors. The initiative is supported by BT Rise and Frost Brown Todd.
Devona Stripling, Director of the Chamber’s WE Excel and Everyone Belongs Here initiatives, expressed pride in celebrating these leaders. "This year, we proudly celebrate eight remarkable Black leaders whose contributions are shaping the future of our region across the arts, nonprofit, and business sectors," she said. She emphasized their role in redefining an inclusive community through perseverance and collective action.
The honorees are noted for breaking barriers and setting high standards in their fields. Their work inspires progress and creates opportunities for future generations while enhancing community vibrancy.
