This weekend, Logan Hardware of Washington, D.C. proudly celebrates 20 years of serving the community.
This weekend, America’s most celebrated “helpful place” is celebrating a 20th anniversary on March 12th in Washington, D.C. Logan Hardware of Washington, D.C., located at 1734 14th St NW, brings the company’s unique blend of personal, knowledgeable and helpful service paired with quality home maintenance expertise and products to D.C. residents.

On Sunday, March 12, customers can come into Logan Hardware from 3-6pm to enter for the chance to win a variety of prizes and giveaways, as well as take advantage of sales throughout the store. Stop by and enter to win one of two raffle packages, including 3 gallons of Benjamin Moore paint, a $400 package from Birdwatch, a $25 Miss Pixie's gift card, two weeks of free yoga with Flow Yoga Center, and a number of other great products provided by local makers and product vendors.
Store visitors can shop and earn 20% off the entire store, including gallons of paint, from 3-6pm and enjoy gift bags and goodies, as well as free knife sharpening. In addition, visitors can shop the local maker's market featuring Naked Decor, Fast Snail, Bailiwick Clothing, and Good Letters Designs. Neighboring businesses such as Chicken + Whiskey and Aslin Brewery will also be offering discounts as the celebration spills out onto the sidewalk and down the block.
What began in March 2003 with less than 10 employees and one tiny store (Logan Hardware) has grown into A Few Cool Hardware Stores (AFCHS), a multi-million-dollar 12-store operation in five cities. This operation prides itself in employing over 260 teammates and 100 employee co-owners since the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transition in 2021.
Logan Hardware operates under the core principle that “we’re not just hardware, we’re a part of our local community,” and the flagship store’s 20th anniversary party celebrates the vibrancy of Logan Circle and Logan Hardware’s integral part of the community.
