Bullhead City will host a Halloween Bunco night next month to raise funds for the Bullhead City Meals on Wheels program, which serves meals to seniors in need.

The city will partner with the Meals on Wheels program for the fundraiser, which will include food and beverages for purchase as well as a raffle. The event will take place Oct. 12 at the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce in Bullhead City.

“We are very happy with the initial response to this fundraising event, the community is really coming to together to show their support for Bullhead City Meals on Wheels,” Dave Heath, the city’s recreation manager, said in a press release.

Tickets cost $25 per person in advance and $30 at the door. Tickets can be purchased at the Bullhead City Hall on Trane Road or by calling (928) 763-0148.

Last year alone, the Bullhead City Meals on Wheels delivered over 40,000 meals to local seniors.

Organizers are seeking donations to be used for raffle prizes with a minimum value of $100 and monetary donations to help support the Meals on Wheels program. Anyone who would like to donate can contact Jackie Walker at jwalker@bullheadcity.com or at (928) 763-9400.
