Real estate investment and property management firm MC Companies of Scottsdale has ranked on the 2017 azcentral.com Top Companies to Work for in Arizona list.

This is the second year MC Companies has been named to the list. The annual Top Companies program recognizes the state’s workplaces as perceived by employees. Each company considered underwent a two-part evaluation by Best Companies Group (BCG), an independent workplace research organization.

"Winning this award is such an honor because it reflects on the culture we have built here at MC," MC Companies President Lesley Brice said in a press release. “Receiving this recognition two years in a row really shows that our efforts to build positive relationships and experiences with every single employee is worth the investment."

BestCompaniesAZ of Mesa joined azcentral.com to study the entries this year. Founder and CEO Denise Gredler said that the list grows more competitive with each successive year.

“The list of winners had very impressive employee survey results averaging an overall favorable rate of 90 percent and an overall employee engagement score of 92 percent, which is more than double the national average,” Gredler said.
