The Arizona Realtors are urging support from real estate professionals in light of local government restrictions on for-sale signs in yards.
Real estate signs are a common sight and a good sign for the state of a location's economy, but local governments have been cracking down the signs, attempting to place regulations on the position of the sign, how long it can be up and how often it can be in place.
The Arizona Realtor party, supported by the Arizona Realtors, aims to protect real estate professionals, helping those in the field and working on tax policy, licensing, real estate signs, deductions and more.
Charles Siler, Realtors Party director for the Arizona Realtors, said in a blog post that the Realtors from Arizona Political Action Committee (RAPAC) depends on the professionals from many different locations.
"There is no stronger voice then one shared and amplified by thousands of people, standing together to promote our country's most important industry as well as the interest and rights of all Arizona homeowners," Siler said.
Siler urges individuals to support RAPAC, claiming that the political committee has the power to bring about positive changes and developments for those involved in real estate.
