Avnet Technology Solutions recently expanded its offerings to include training courses for Lenovo and Flex technologies as well.

“We’re providing our partners with tools and training to help their end customers accelerate their careers,” Hees Heam, Avnet's vice president of education services, said in the press release. "With our Lenovo training path, we will help guide IT professionals to ensure they have the skills, certifications and tools needed to handle real-world, next-generation technology environments."

With the expansion of the company, there will now be additional classroom training courses and e-learning options. Additionally, IT professionals will now be “10 times more likely to take instructor-led e-learning classes,” the press release said.

Avnet strongly encourages education courses for its employees to further their technological knowledge.

“As a leading solutions specialist, the launch of this program by Avnet makes it simpler for partners and their customers to build up knowledge and become more highly qualified, which in turn helps them to transform technology into business solutions and further accelerate their success,” Lenovo Data Center Group Services Training director Alex Badie said.

In turn, Lenovo will offer employee incentives for educational courses taken.
