Oncology Services International (OSI), an independent service provider for radiation oncology devices, today announced plans to expand its market into Arizona, providing contracted service to Integrated Medical Services' six linear accelerators throughout the state.
"We are excited to be the first customers of OSI in Arizona," Integrated Medical Services CEO and President John Dover said. “Their professionalism, commitment to quality and appreciation of providers' need for cost-effective service earned them our business.”
With over 50 field service engineers providing service coverage to over 200 linear accelerator sites nationwide, OSI’s growth has been sparked by radiation oncology practices’ preference for fairly priced, quality customer service.
"OSI's expansion into Arizona demonstrates that markets are embracing alternatives to (original equipment manufacturer) OEM-post-warranty service," OSI President and CEO Richard Hall said. "OSI has been recognized by our customers for outstanding levels of service, and expanding our geographic footprint allows us to continue to meet their needs."
Providing ongoing training and certification for all field service engineers, OSI's Lakewood, New Jersey, training and testing facility includes hands-on training and an operational vault for testing. OSI is the only independent service firm to offer training for other independent firms worldwide.
Based in the Phoenix area, Integrated Medical Services is a leading multi-specialty practice serving the greater Phoenix market with 150 providers in 65 locations.
