Indiana collected 10.7% more in alcoholic beverages sales tax in 2021

Of the $26.6 billion in taxes collected by Indiana in 2021, $58.5 million came from alcoholic beverages sales tax, a 10.7 percent increase over the previous year, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Annual Survey of State Government Tax Collections (STC).
