State residents enrolled at Indiana institutions of higher learning face among the steepest cost of attending two-year in-state colleges and universities in the U.S., according to an analysis of federal data.

Fortis College-Indianapolis and International Business College-Indianapolis enrolled the most in-state students of all two-year schools in the U.S., according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of fall 2017 data.
